RecommendedMy brother was wrongfully terminated after being in quartine for 20 days, being sheltered from his family only too still catch covid. This store has been no help to finding information to help and Joel (the manager I spoke with) rather than help insit he has a lot of customers. Insiting he can't get me store managers information but its on the website as joel claimed. I have yet to find it and i won't back down. if anyone has information to help please dm me.
The delivery i received was 50% incorrect. it took me over an hour to speak to an individual who could assist me. I will never use this home depot again.
RecommendedThanks for ruining all our new delicate clothing and paw dog beds! Your idiots at the installation service hooked the hot water to the cold water plug and we had no idea why our clothes were getting ruined!!! Three guys installed the washer and dryer and not one knew they did it wrong?? Now all my delicate washed clothes, sheets and dog beds are ruined!!!!! I am pissed! The worst flooring department ever. Don't buy flooring and have them install. You will be sorry. Shoddy work by U.S. Installations their installer. I wasted $3,000. Never again!
My kid gave me a Milwaukee M18 2691- 22 impact wrench set for Christmas from Home Depot. As it turns out this impact wrench is not going to work for my work For the type applications I need from it. Not wanting to tell my kid that I was returning a Christmas gift I didnt ask him for the receipt. extremely disappointed. could not get assistance even after having an associate paged to help. Not the first time, but might be the last. Sad, really, because there are some associates there who are ALWAYS willing to help. Seems others are simply there for a check.
For 3 days in a row, I walk around the washers and dryers for about 10 minutes without a single person asking me if I need assistance. There is nobody being helped at that time. Guess the hardware store gets my business.
That associate Chris in the hardware department is very racist. uses the N-word often. Also harasses young girls
