We had our cabinets refaced last April, the installers had to wait another month for the corner pieces for the cabinets to come in. They did not attach them they just stuck them on and left. They started falling off. I have called 5 times since Feb 5th, not to mention the 5 calls today to different numbers. If you get any work done and Home Depot contracts it out, they take absolutely no responsibility for the installation. They will not send anyone out to attach the corner pieces. Any custom work by subcontractors is COMPLETE BS! SUBSTANDARD work at best.
Always a circle jerk...their system never works when placing a big delivery order. Maybe 2 staff members actually know something about the products. Very frustrating. It seems to get worse every visit.

The Hadley location is absolutely the worst for keeping products stocked. I was looking for interior doors and the can’t stock them. Lowe’s is the real place doers get things done! Lowe’s has all the doors I needed with a plentiful supply. Thank you Lowe’s

Do not buy appliances from Home Depot...they do not service the customer...bought Maytag washer less then 60 days ago and I had service come out because it was making a loud noise when washing ....found out the suspension rods were bad....he suggested I call for a replacement ...I requested a replacement washer and got the run around from Whirlpool saying they could only repair.
