I have known the family who owns this dealership for most of my life, and every Ford I've ever owned has come from The Ford Store. I purchased an Escape 2 days ago and couldn't be happier with my new ride, the dealership, our sales consultant, Ovais Mughal, and the entire team/experience. Hands down, best dealership in the Bay Area. I don’t typically write reviews but my experience at the FSMH has been above and beyond any dealership I’ve been to in the past so I felt compelled to let others know. Although buying a car should be an exciting endeavor, having to haggle over price and uncertainties around dealership motivations can quickly turn this into a daunting task. Me and my boyfriend just purchased a pre-owned Chrysler 300C from here and couldn't be happier! The overall experience from start to finish was great. Great experience from start to finish! Mario was so nice and helpful via email and text when I first enquired about the Explorer we were looking for. � Later in the week my husband and I were finally able to get to the dealership to look around and he was so patient with us through dozens of test drives and cranky kids in tow!
