It's really too bad I have to write this review because I've bought a focus here before that I love. Also, the salesman Danny, was great! This is about whoever is in charge of this dealership. I was about to sign the dotted line to buy a pre owned car and instead of telling me another person in the building was also trying to buy the car, they chose to keep that conveniently quiet, played games, and I missed out to the other person - so they tried to sell me a different, newer car. First of all, this a review for a car purchased about 3 years ago. I never took the time to write my experience but here it goes. The salesman was a nice guy and I feel like the deal on the used car was fair enough. I did trade in a car at the time. However looking back on the paperwork I should have not done a trade in.... They managed to make that trade in money disappear in paperwork and financing..... Shame on them for taking advantage of a first time buyer. Now on to m...Continue Reading

The Morgan Hill Ford Store is the best! I have been looking at cars over the last couple of months. I test drove cars in December but wasn't quite ready to commit. Today I got a call from them asking if I was still interested in a particular car. My husband emailed them and made the deal prior to my walking on the lot for another test drive with Phillip. The rest was a piece of cake. Thank you for not making a car decision a nightmare Morgan Hill Ford Store!

I had a TERRIFIC experience today buying an explorer for my wife. They were so easy, and so fair, it was the best retail car buying experience I've ever had. My sales guy was Hector, and he was great, finance guy, Eric, was great. No games, no hassles. A good price for the car, a fair price for our trade in. They've gained a long time customer. Dont ever change Ford Store Morgan Hill!
