Not cool..I took my edge to get a door ajar fixture but I noticed a scratch on my door as I parked home..I am really upset..It doesn't seem too bad but it is noticeable. .I take it for one thing and I come back with another.I'm not the complaining type, I'm embarrassed to go back and might have to hear excuses.this is keeping me awake and I'm trying to find a solution to where I can take it for a fixture without having to go back to ford if not, I'm going to go crazy everyday when I have to open my door and see a horrible sc... read more

One of the best service dealers I have been to. I took my '11 CPO Fusion for oil and filters (air/cabin air) change at 36K mile service. Excellent service on my car as well as Customer Service. MH Ford Store came highly recommended by my friends who have either purchased and/or take their Fords for service here. They were 100% correct. Thanks for the great experience.
RecommendedBest car sales costumer service I have ever had!! I was pleased with how quick, easy and happy the whole experience was! I was able to achieve everything I was looking for. Everywhere else told me it was impossible, But the Morgan hill ford store made it happen!! Thank you! Thank you!! I am always so nervous to deal with car sales men and it was not what I expected. It was awesome!! I will come back for sure!!
We love Fords but had a frustrating experience today at this dealership. The one star is for a nice young gentleman that originally helped us and the missing stars are for his Sales Managers and their Sales process (lack of communication). We agreed to buy a used car but upon arrival were told it had been sold to someone else. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to friends or family after this disappointing experience.
Not very happy right now, after being assured that they DID do diagnostics on the weekends I drove 2 hours to be told they don't by the service writer. I could have saved myself a 2 hour drive for just an oil change. No bueno
