3rd purchase from the Ford Store and have always had excellent service. Last night was no exception and everyone was quite helpful helping us get our son into his first new car. We’ve also used the service department for a number of years and have nothing but excellent feedback here too. They go above and beyond. And finally, the janitor was cleaning the lobby last night and noticed I didn’t have a chair and went out of his way to get me one. Customer service at every level. Others should learn from this dealership.

This place has helped my father and I so much. He purchased a truck we couldn't afford and Jose and Kevin worked with us for 3 hours trying to find the best deal for us and bending over backwards for us. All in all he left with a great truck and with a happy attitude which is rare for him. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this place. My dad even said if he ever needs another car this is where he would go

Very sloppy service. I have been in three times for something that should have been fixed the first time, and not I will have to come back a fourth time and they keep looking for ways to go around my prepaid service plan and warranty extension.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase your car here; if you do, avoid the warranty...AVOID DEALING WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS! We bought a car here one year and one month ago, and the sales team was awesome. Buying the car was easy and smooth. Unfortunately, the horrible experiences we've had with the service and repairs department much outweighs the good we had with buying a vehicle. Had the best experience buying a car with the ford store ! Today I walked in not expecting to drive off with anything just information. Ken took such great care of me and when it came to the car lingo he made sure I knew what it all meant ! Being 21 and buying a car all by yourself is pretty scary. But they made it An amazing experience.. Best customer service and great people all around ! Thanks for everything guys you took all the headaches out of buying a new car ! Loving my new 2017 Ford Fusion

I recently had a transmission fluid job done. I am so surprised that I got charged for 16 qts of transmission oil while the owner manual says the capacity is 7 qts. My CRV got charged for 7 qts for the same job done in the Honda dealer. That why it caught my attention. Also it's much easier to schedule a service appointment with Honda.
