After having a bad experience last week at The Ford Store Morgan Hill and speaking with the Service Manager Jim, he and the Service Advisor Alex went above and beyond to makeup for what happened. It started with a blown motor 4K miles after my warranty expired and the ford store telling me there was nothing they could do, when I contacted ford headquarters in Detroit they told me it was up to the dealer. That the dealer had to contact them directly. I could tell I was getting no where fast however I needed a car then. I could not wait and got stuck with the only deal I could actually get now since I owed 10k on a vehicle with no motor. I inquired about a new motor and was told that would cost me 10k. Mark, thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. When engine issues occur we have to follow a very specific protocol in order for Ford to even consider helping with repair costs. First the customer has to authorize the standard diagnosis cost to see exactly what may have happened and determine an accurate estimate for repair. We then have to submit that to Ford Corporate and from there they have to decide if they can help or not. Today, Sean and Dominic went above and beyond helping us in the service department.. they spent a lot of time and ingenuity getting our van rear door fixed. When we offered them a tip, they declined gracefully. Here’s hoping Ford will tip them for us.. Pat, Patty and Sam

The great service I received from beginning to end. Jesse first came out and greeted me , cause I thought it was Jesse I was talking to over the phone, but my mistake it was Jesus , but Jesse was very king to get me the correct gentleman that was helping me. I knew what I wanted but in realty left what was practical for my driving needs, a hybrid. I left very happy Jesus was the best over-all, he was understanding, kind , and reading what I was really needing.

Great service no BS good selection of vehicles
Great buying experience, but getting warranty work done is horrible. They never have a loaner/rental on site even if they are holding your car. I even called in advance. I had my truck warranty service due to issue with the wheel and no rental car available in the entire dealer. They expected me to drive off with it. This is my second time with the same issue to my truck and no car available again. Hard to believe but expect it. They expect you to figure things out instead of offering to get you a car.
