These guys are anazing, I've NEVER experienced the level of service the MH Ford store offers anywhere else. The no hassle, no negotiation approach coupled with phenomenal sales and service staff. Wow what service in and out under an hour. Declan was truly amazing, it was very busy but he acknowledged me right away and took care of me as soon as he finished with customer ahead of me. Declan not only took my information but introduced me to mike one of the head guys to oversee my problem. He explained what they would do and a few minutes later brought me ou to show what they found and took care of. Best service experience ever. Seven days to order a rim for 2015 Ford Escape. Armando said they checked all over and couldn’t locate one, plus an extra $42 for shipping and no express mail available. I’ve checked several web sites, including Ford Parts.com. That have them in stock and free 2day shipping over $50. I find it hard to believe that that there isn’t one single distributor closer then 7 days away. Can’t figure out what’s the big DEAL!

I can confirm your specific rim was not available at any Ford depot or warehouse we order from, however we were able to locate it at another dealership. Went to Ford Morgan Hill about 1 PM yesterday (1/12 Sunday) looking for a car. After about less than 30 minutes of negotiation, we finally agreed on a purchasing price. The followings we’re the painful experience; 1. wait for 2 hours with no purhase agreement papers. I offered a down payment so we could facilitate the process and would come back to complete the paper work. The ANSWER was “NO”. (do not understand the reason) 2. On busy days, we put customer's into finance as soon as possible on a first come first served basis. As a store policy, we do not start paperwork until a customer is here.
