This was unbelievably easy. I had a 07 Prius with ******* miles in perfect condition when the hybrid batteries began to fail. The replacement cost was going to be between $3k-$6k for the hybrid battery as well as a computer that needed replacing. The car wasnt worth that much. A salvage yard said theyd give me $500 for it but I couldnt let her go for that much (had this car for 11 years and weve been through a lot together). Made an offer for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra for 1600 dollars. I let them know it was in a tow yard and I would go pay it off for pickup on pickup day, and the location the vehicle was stored at had a daily storage fee. With that information, the company the Clunker Junker had decided the most professional option was to completely leave me on read for about 2 weeks. This buyer was suspended from our program due to this issue. Unfortunately we cannot control every interaction with local buyer, and neither can ******. They **** a better hand than we did on this one. Go look at their BBB reviews and complaints, you'll see it's even worse.

They made an offer. Promised morning visit, got here at 3 pm. Lowered the offer when they got here by 40%. Got very nasty on the phone and lied about what was discussed. Don't use this company.

This was my first time using this type of service. It was a quick and relatively easy process. Accepting the offer online was quick, and the information required was minimal. The driver that picked up the vehicle was professional and competent. There was a slight delay in the actual pick up of the vehicle, but there was an issue with another truck resulting in the slight delay.

I filled out the form on line to get an offer on my car. I received it right away. I followed their easy instructions. My car was picked up the next day and I was given a check for the agreed upon amount. The pick up driver was friendly and helpful as well. He gave us instructions on how to change owners on the the title. I highly recommend Clunker Junker.

This was a fast seamless process!
