They gave me an offer on my 2003 ****** Corolla with ******* miles on it. It was lower than the CarMax offer. However hadn't accepted either offer as I wasn't sure of the date of pickup of my new car. Then they emailed me with a higher offer, which was a bit higher than CarMax, and they would pick it up. Just had my partners car picked up and the process was super straight forward and super fast. From the very beginning of the process (filing out the form online) to the end (taking it away) it has been so amazing and smooth. They immediately texted me/called the next day when I filled out the form online. They are professional, trustworthy and they pay higher than their competitors. Within 2 days at the most they come with a check and you give them title and keys and its done! Highly recommend them!
Got a $100 less than the quote. 2 days after selling the car its still in my driveway. Totally unprofessional. They are using my driveway as storage.
