Absolutely amazing customer service. Simple and easy and friendly staff. Had everything situated within a 24hr period,pick up and all. I was so disappointed with having to let my car go, it was my first time buying my own but she just wasn't the one. I was paid on the spot and she was loaded up! Again, great service.
It was hard saying bye to an old trusted friend, but after two decades, it was time to let go. The Clunker Junker process was easy-peazy, making letting go a little easier. I just entered my vehicle information and an offer came almost instantly. I accepted the offer, entered my location and the vehicle got picked up the next day. I was paid the amount I accepted ON THE ***** Doesnt get any easier than that.
They were very easy to work with. Kept me informed. Gave me more than others offered.
In November of 21 we had a 2014 forte that was in great shape but the engine blew up on and it. We got low offers from some junk yards but their offer was way more than expected. Only issue we had was it took a long time for the check to clear as it appeared to be a temporary check. I probably would not have accepted but my 19 year son was there when it got picked **. In the end the check cleared and it was a great offer.

I got a fair price for my car. I expected them to try to lowball when they arrives, but they paid exactly what was offered online. It was a great and smooth experience and would recommend them. I have only good to say and nothing negative.
