Made an offer for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra for 1600 dollars. I let them know it was in a tow yard and I would go pay it off for pickup on pickup day, and the location the vehicle was stored at had a daily storage fee. This buyer was suspended from our program due to this issue. Unfortunately we cannot control every interaction with local buyer, and neither can ******. They **** a better hand than we did on this one. Go look at their BBB reviews and complaints, you'll see it's even worse.
Easy to use, quick to respond when they i asked questions, work with you and check up on you
They made an offer. Promised morning visit, got here at 3 pm. Lowered the offer when they got here by 40%. Got very nasty on the phone and lied about what was discussed. Don't use this company.

This was my first time using this type of service. It was a quick and relatively easy process. Accepting the offer online was quick, and the information required was minimal. The driver that picked up the vehicle was professional and competent. There was a slight delay in the actual pick up of the vehicle, but there was an issue with another truck resulting in the slight delay.

I filled out the form on line to get an offer on my car. I received it right away. I followed their easy instructions. My car was picked up the next day and I was given a check for the agreed upon amount. The pick up driver was friendly and helpful as well. He gave us instructions on how to change owners on the the title. I highly recommend Clunker Junker.

This was a fast seamless process! We tried to work with another company and it was so frustrating, they would change their quote, not show up for pick up etc..So I decided to call around and see what other companies would buy my Lexus 350rx that had thrown a rod. The only reason I rate it a 4 was because they asked for so many pictures, i had to keep going outside to take different pictures of the car. Otherwise everything was smooth. Better price than all other places i tried.
