I am very happy with services by Clunker Junker. My husband had scheduled a pick up for his used car though another company but the towing service hired by that company cancelled the first pick up and did not show up for the next 2 rescheduled pick ups.I submitted the car information online to Clunker Junker and they immediately contacted me with a reasonable offer. Clunker Junker was very easy to work with. They were very responsive to my emails when trying to set up the appointment with a tow truck driver to purchase my mini van. Dealing with clunker junker was a pleasant experience, both times I sold cars to them. They gave me a quick quote, and it was a smooth process picking up the cars. I received a check for the car at pickup. It is my opinion that they are the best!

Never showed up as scheduled to pick up my truck never called to give reason for no show. This company does not fulfill obligations they lie to customers.

Hello, I'm sorry for the trouble and inconvenience caused by the local buyer. As soon as we were made aware of this problem at 11pm on a Saturday night, we jumped on it and got in touch with the local buyer. By Sunday morning, the buyer says they were reaching out to the owner to have this resolved. We certainly aren't perfect, and we can't control local buyers, but you won't find this level of urgency or customer service anywhere else.
