Excellent experience. Easy process from start to finish. Prompt responses when I had questions. Pick up was on time and very efficient. Cant say enough and would highly recommend.

I would not recommend using this company if you value your time. I scheduled a pick up for my vehicle and not only did they not call, they did not show up either! Stay away!!!

When the driver arrived, he checked to see if my van had a catalytic converter. He said it had an aftermarketpart, and he could not give me the agreed upon price of $430, but would give me $150.This, or any other part, was NEVER communicated to me, as a necessary part for our agreed upon price. If it was necessary, I should have beentold that the offer was contingent on this. I am sorry you had an issue with your local buyer. Our website does have multiple large, prominant disclaimers that if the catalytic converter is missing or has been replaced, the may change. So, this was communicated to you.The question is really whether or not the converter was actually replaced or not, as you seem to imply it was not. We are gathering photos from the buyer to investigate this further. If it is proven the converter was original and OEM, we will be sure to make good on the agreed upon offer.
From start to a couple burps by buyer (not clunker junker) finish was an easy process. Clunker Junker was efficient, friendly, and helpful through the process. Thank you again.

I am absolutely livid with Clunker Junker and their deceitful practices. They offered me a fair price online for my car, which I've owned for 17 years and maintained meticulously. However, when the driver arrived, he falsely claimed that the catalytic converter had been changed, which was a blatant lie. Deceptive and dishonest business practices. Offered one price, lowered significantly when they came to pick it up even though company knew it wasn't running.

Very happy with clunker junker. Would use again. Only issue was we were supposed to receive a call an hour before pick up. And didnt get a call, but the driver showed up and hadnt called us first. But it all worked out. He had our paperwork & check and was a very nice man. Would recommend this service. Everything went smoothly on the website to pick up. *** in *********, **
