This company is LEGIT!! Took a couple minutes online to enter vehicle information and instantly got a quote which was much higher than the local salvage yards. Took picture of signed title when requested and within 48 hours car was picked up and was paid. Its a check not cash but the check is legit from a local company. Will definitely use them again!! Smooth transaction!

Wasted 3 hours of my time. The Clunker Junker had full information on my vehicle, but the person they subcontracted to pick up my car didn't get that information. I was promised a specific price, and arrived 30 minutes early. Their driver arrived 40 minutes late and then refused to honor the deal and drove away. Then his manager called me and tried to use predatory sales tactics. I went with ****** instead, and it was a much better option.

Rich *** Contacted Clunker Junker yesterday and within minutes they provided me with an offer and by 10am today my vehicle was loaded up and gone. The flatbed truck driver provided me with the check. I am not tech savvy but they were helpful helping me provide them with my title information and necessary documentation.I highly recommend them.

Sold my van this morning, got a quote yesterday and they paid exact amount today! The driver was Great, he paid me, hooked me up and left. Everything done Exactly as they said. I will refer them always. The kept contact even after deal was done to make sure all went well. Great customer service when everywhere else has lost this quality. Thank you guys *********************

Took me a while to get the lien release for my 21 year old minivan because the auto loan company was bought by ******. But once I got the release in the mail the van was picked up next day and I had a check in hand. Super easy process and I did it all via text messaging. Tow truck driver communicated well about his status and arrival time plus he was super kind when I cried goodbye to a van that held so many great memories.
