I personally enjoyed the no nonsense business like experience. They made an offer, went up on it a few days later, stood by the offer once I tried to negotiate, scheduled the pickup, showed up on time, delivered the check and that was that. If this is what you desire in the process, they are the business to go with!

I am very pleased with my experience. Everyone that I spoke with and assisted me during this process was very pleasant, kind and professional. Someone was always reaching out to me keeping me informed and posted every step even down to ***** the tow truck driver. I would definitely recommend this company. They are honest, pleasant, and integral.

I was happy with my experience. I got a fair price for my vehicle and the driver called an hour before pickup as promised. My only frustration was the large pickup window of time they give and no ability to choose a later pickup in that window. I was in a difficult situation and needed a more specific pickup time. I understand this is common practice and it all ended up working out. I would recommend this service and use it again if needed.

I would not recommend using this company if you value your time. I scheduled a pick up for my vehicle and not only did they not call, they did not show up either! Stay away!!!
