I had a top of the line experience with Clunker Junker and would give 10 stars if it was an option. It was time for me to let go of my older Buick, so I found their website and decided to get a quote from them. I had already gotten a quote from Carvana. Super easy online process uploading pics and accepting the offer. Clunker Junker more than doubled carmax offer. Scheduled time was between 8-12- they came by 9:15 and were loaded up and gone by 9:30. 100% recommend!
Scheduled a pickup for noon-5pm. When no one has called by 4:50 (they say a call will come 30 mins- 1 hour before they pick up the car). I call the number that had texted me confirming my pick up. First I got told that I never sent pictures of my title. Incorrect, I both emailed and texted (stupid on my part, but I wanted the car gone). After a couple minutes on hold I was told that the company they contacted didn’t have enough drivers for the day. Usually when you confirm a pick up. That pick up happens the day planned.

after the sale is completed, clunker Junker keeps calling saying they have lost the title and keeps on calling to us to pay for the Notary for paper work. They are totally irresponsible people with 0 respect. Never do business with them

Exactly as promised. Professional, courteous, and on time. Zero issues.
The process was easy and everything went as planned. The only issue I had, was that the tow truck driver damaged a fence while traveling down my driveway. He alerted my wife about the incident when she answered the door and apologized. I am working with the company to take care of the damages. Their initial response to the incident was quick and professional.
First time doing this with a vehicle so I was not to sure of the process but it was made extremely easy and they kept their word on the price, pleasure doing business with them and will definitely recommend them.
