I contacted Clunker Junker to offload my car. I was given a quote of 730. When I accepted the quote, I was told a new quote was issued. That quote came in at 630 {from a different company}. Classic bait and switch. Regardless, I accepted the new quote and scheduled my pick up. Three days before pick up, they called and asked if they could move it up by 2 days. Hello, I am sorry you had so much trouble with the buyer, "******". Unfortunately in this particular case we were simply a liaison between buyer and seller and don't have a ton of insight into the issues described. The only thing I can address are the reasons for the offer changes: The original offer was $730 for a ***** Cruze 1LT that the owner selected on our website. When the seller entered their VIN, it turned out that the vehicle was actually a ***** Cruze LS, a lower optioned vehicle and a new offer of $630 was accepte... read more

Easy to deal with but if you don't immediately respond they lower their offer. Also, even though you schedule an appointment window, they may show up a couple hours early. I would recommend using their services. Gave a fair price for my car. The process was quick and easy.
