Very simple no hassle process. They gave me an offer better than other places and had option to get picked up within 2 days. Pickup went very smoothly. The hardest part of it all was just getting time to get into the notary. All in all a great process

The driver was quick, friendly and professional. I would only add that I had one offer for 550 and one for 325. And the 325 was conffirmed altho I accepted both. Paid 325. Still, grateful for the removal of my nonfunctional car.

Super easy online process uploading pics and accepting the offer. Clunker Junker more than doubled carmax offer. Scheduled time was between 8-12- they came by 9:15 and were loaded up and gone by 9:30. 100% recommend!
