I contacted Clunker Junker from my office and when got home the car was picked up and gone and I had a check in my hand for the exact amount I was quoted. Great service, far and better than the $100. dollars companies offering to haul away anything, no matter what condition the car is in...Also, be honest about whether or not the car runs and drives because in my case they did not send a tow truck but a car hauler. Driver was 3 hours late to pick up and though the Clunker Junker said that once an offer was accepted it was guaranteed, the driver refused to pay the agreed amount. Called Clunker Junker to complain and was assured that the company had agreed to pay the original quoted amount, but the driver still refused. I did not accept the very low ball offer and will be using another company.

A very easy and positive experience. My vehicle was picked up and paid for with cash within 36 hours of my first contact through their online survey. As they deal with 3rd party towing firms to provide payment I was apprehensive but they held to their word and were courteous and professional during the pickup process. My advice to you is to be sure to provide honest answers to their survey questions and you should be fine. Im very satisfied so heres a well deserved 5 stars.

I want to start by saying I'm very disappointed with the offer I was given vs what I received. I am not sure weather this is the fault of clunkerjunker.com or the pickup company. anyway, I had an offer for $590 for my car, but when the company showed up they offered $200. very very disappointing. $450 would have been reasonable for a $590 offer but after offering less the 50% of the original offer was extremely disappointing. to sum it all, its very disappointing to get 34% of what you were told online.

I've had many experiences with salvage car buyers in the past most every time the price or something changed at the end of the deal which was majorly frustrating. This company surpassed my expectations easily as it was actually as advertised the smoothest exchange of a vehicle I've had just follow the instructions and Bam it was spot on!!
