I had an appointment with Clunker Junker this morning between 9:00- 10:00 to.pick up a car that I was selling. I spoke with the dispatch multiple times throughout the day because their driver was running behind. It is now 1:58pm, and the driver has even a no-show. The dispatch was supposed to call me back, and I have heard nothing. Very unprofessional!

Well ive been calling most of the day no answer from carrier or clu ker junkers was told pickup would be this morning went to site where vehicle is parked told owner it was getting moved today now I look like I'm untrustworthy

I would highly recommend Clunker Junker! It was a good experience, quick and easy. I started corresponding with them on 2/5 and the car was picked up on 2/7. I was able to communicate with the business via email and text with quick responses as well and upload information via email. While there was a slight delay on pick up, it was nothing major. Scam. Sold my car to them, they had another company pick up the car. Copart, left me a check that later bounced. A month of run around trying to get this resolved, but now they put you on hold and hang up or don't pick up at all. Clunkerjunkers said they would resolve the issue but know does the same thing. Disgraceful. These are the ones that give the businesses the bad names

It was a simple and easy-going process I answered the questionnaire and they made a offer which was better than other offers pick up of the vehicle was within said time and last transaction was completed at pick up it was a good experience
Scam. I was offered a paltry $515 for my 04 Mustang (KBB puts the car at a minimum $1400 for it's condition, I just didn't want to deal with tire kickers), and when the local company that was going to pay me showed up, they wanted to take another hundred off due to it missing 2 cats. It's a junker, it needs work. This is why I went with Clunker Junker. I didn't want to deal with bargaining or low ball offers. Waste of my time. It's the first time I've gone this route and will certainly be the last.

Hello, I'm very sorry you feel cheated. When you submit your vehicle, there are THREE large orange disclaimers that say the offer may change if your catalytic converter is missing or aftermarket. I don't know how we can make this any more clear. Best of luck with the sale of your vehicle.
I was skeptical when the text messages indicated pick up would be ANY TIME between 8:00 AM and 5 PM. Since my truck was in an impound lot after the accident, I decided to drive 55 miles to the Twin Cities to make that happen. When I checked today after noon, I was told that the drivers were running behind schedule and would call within the hour to reschedule. Very easy process! I was very skeptical and did a lot of research. Contacted 2 other similar companies. Clunker Junker gave me the fastest and highest price for my parents' old 2007 **** Taurus with transmission issues.
