I received a call 15 minutes after online application completed and accepted quote offer. The call consisted of verifying information about my car's current condition and arrangements for pickup. In almost exactly 24 hours my car pick up was PROMPT and in 30 minutes my car was gone and I had cash in my hands. No shady business, no runaround, efficient, effective and hassle-free. Professional, courteous and friendly. (I'm located in the Chicagoland area)

Vehicle was picked up the next day right on time. No hassle. Gave the driver the title and keys and he handed me a check, quick and simple! Great outfit. Highly recommend.

I normally don't leave reviews but this place is very deserving of one! I was super skeptical because my offer was decent and the process seemed too simple. I accepted my offer and the car was picked up within 2 days. I gave them the keys and title and they handed me a check. It was as simple as that! I wish I knew about this company sooner!

In dealing with 3 different places to sell my car, motor blown, The Clunker Junker provided me with the highest quote and treated me with the utmost professionalism then anyone else. They stood by their offer and it was very easy to make arrangements for a towing service to pick my car up. They did not harass me like the other two companies did. I have now waited through two 4 hour pick up windows (I took off from work both times) and no one has shown up or called to say they weren't coming.
I had a very pleasant experience with Clunker Junker! The local junk yard people were pleasant and professional to work with. After they verified all the paperwork, they handed me a check and they were on their way! I would highly recommend them! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
