My car was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday 11/30/22 between 8AM-12 PM. At 1:30 PM I called to see where they were in the pick up process and no body answered the phone. After 15 minutes I left a message asking for them to call me back. I called again at 6PM. I got a hold of someone and told them what was going on. They gave me the number to my local branch in KC. Good experience with them from start to finish. Professional responsive people on text, emails and calls. Online quote is exactly what I was paid for car. Local buyer kept in touch about pick up time. Came within two hour timeframe quoted. Individual who picked up my car was professional and efficient. No hiccups whatsoever. Would recommend.
As others have stated, I too accepted an offer for my vehicle. The customer service was rep was VERY professional. The problem is the carrier they use to retrieve the vehicle. I too was given the run around with the pickup time and day. I eventually cancelled the whole thing and sold the vehicle to someone else.

Clunker Junker came out to pick up my car, ************************************************ it doesn't have a Catalytic Converter. and the $440 offer is now $100. I said what are you talking about? Yes it does have a Catalytic Converter. and its right there just past the header, the driver looks at me and says there's no Catalytic Converter. Just used Clunker Junker. Got my quote yesterday, received a phone call this morning saying a pickup will be around 230pm. The driver showed up, very professional I might add. Handed me my money, loaded the vehicle and went on his way. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. 5??.
