I had some issues but they resolved it quickly. I think part of the problem was that I didn't understand how the process worked. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
don't fall for the lies.they quoted me a price but when they came to pick it up they claimed they couldn't pay that and offered less than half.. never again!!!

Hello, I'm very sorry you feel cheated. Unfortunately, as is almost always the case in these offer changes, the buyer says the catalytic converter had been removed or replaced. Our website has not one, not TWO, but THREE disclaimers throughout the process that very clearly says that if your catalytic converter has been removed or replced with aftermarket, your offer WILL be adjusted accordingly. Everything was done as promised. It was fast. The guy that picked up the car had the check ready and was friendly
The gentleman was on time for the pick up and very polite. He had the dodge loaded up in no time and they gave me exactly what was quoted too me thanks again guys . I will gladly refer you too all my friends and family and if needed I will use you again. Thanks for everything

Lies,, all lies... They offered me $800 on the website, started blowing up my phone at 8 am wanting to come get the car, only to come here and low ball me at $200 bucks. Of they need pictures to make am accurate offer they can stand by, then they should ask for them in the process, instead of blowing up my phone for the wrecker to get here, take pictures and change the offer by hundreds of dollars..... SCAM !!!!!!

Offers only ever change if the vehicle description was misrepresented to us when the vehicle was submitted, it sounds like there is some dispute on whether the information you gave us was accurate, but we'll do a thorough investigation.
They did an excellent job. Communicated constantly, more than I expected. Showed up when they said and paid right away. I would highly recommend them.
Used clunkerjunker today - 2007 jeep patriot. emailed and recd price yesterday and they emailed me back this morning and were here 45min later. Received exact amount in cash and hauled away my vehicle. They were here maybe 20min. Easy no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend.
