John Crisafulli helped us "win" our beautiful new townhouse. Very low pressure while house hunting but when we found "the place" John was excellent at negotiating and helping to close the deal. He is very professional and respected. He worked with the seller's realtor to buy us time while guiding us through the pre-approval process for a move from the Chicago area to Maryland. John is the man. I worked with a few other agents before I came across John. I had lost out on homes because of bad advice. From day 1, John explained the process and was always responding to my questions quickly. I had my offer accepted on a home in a month and a half of working with him. I seriously could not have asked for a better real estate agent. I ended up having a really messy, complicated case with my mortgage lender and John's responsiveness and ability to adapt and be there for me were outstanding. I couldn't recommend him more if you're buying in the DMV. Couldn't have gotten the place if it weren't for John.

As a first time home buyer, Ben was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, walked me through the process step by step, and was very responsive. I often received emails from me later in the evening and early in the mornings. He made me feel like I was his only client. He also referred excellent contractors for the inspection, the title company and more. I completed trusted that I was in great hands and the whole process was smooth and easy. Nate and Jackie helped sell my condo and then helped my boyfriend and I upgrade to buying a house. They were superb on both fronts (buying and selling). John was such a wonderful help in the process of buying my first home! He was very responsive (even when I was abroad and needed to communicate at odd hours because of the time difference) and knowledgeable. The house I bought got two other offers on it's first available showing date, and he was able to advise me effectively so that mine was the winning offer! Cannot not recommend him enough!
