John took care of us making the largest purchase of our lives! He knows his stuff, isn't shy when representing you, and he's available whenever! He helped us navigate a complicated process and saved us from a poaching attempt (email hack) on our closing funds! You reall can't go wrong with John.
We worked with John Crisafulli at Capital Park Realty from August - September 2016. He had previously helped my brother find an amazing condo and was just as helpful and informative as before. He was very responsive to our preferences and concerns. He also had a very deep knowledge of the DC real estate market and was able to really help us make our final decision.

John reached out after filling out a form for more information about a property on his broker's site. From there it was nothing but pestering email after pestering email. Before settling on an agent, we agreed to see a property with John, but he asked us to sign a 6-month long representation agreement.
