Ben and the team really are excellent. For me, it’s hard to sell your house and buy a house. But - Ben will walk you through it. He also tailors the strategy to you and your actual needs. For example, you might want some restrictions on showing your house so you don’t have to “live in a showroom.” Ben will work with you so that you can focus on living your life and making the big picture decisions about the home you want.
