Ben was great! He helped me sell a rental unit from out of state. He recommendeda contractor and set up the estimate. Once I approved the quote he managed the work and then listed the unit once the work was complete. He did a great job managing the buyer interest and maximizingthe sales price. Ben made this a very easy process, so easy I never had to travel to the unit once I hired him as my agent.
I faced a challenge in selling a unique 3-unit property in Shaw, in the August "dead" season and in the face of quickly rising interest rates.
