John helped me buy my condo in DC and he was great. John is easy to work with, flexible, friendly, and made the process simple. Highly recommend working with him and using him to purchase or sell your home.
John is a great agent to have on your side! He goes the mattresses for his clients and he's not afraid to tell you when you're being stupid. Buying a house in this market is painful but he works very hard to make sure that you get exactly what you want. (This review comes to you from Buenos Aires because that's where I am currently on vacation.)
We cannot write enough wonderful things about John! We were from out-of-state and looking for our first home, and John was right by our side during the whole journey to answer all our questions, meet with builders, and discover new neighborhoods. He made the whole process comfortable, fun, and stress-free, even working together remotely. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially individuals new to the D.C./Arlington Real Estate market.
Although we only spent 1 busy day with John looking at homes in the DC area, we spent many more hours online looking at the many listings he sent to us over the course of several months. At the end of that day, we ended up bidding on a lovely home, against 2 other bidders. John gave us his 6 rules for a successful bid. We did followed them all and got the home at the asking price. He was very responsive to all our needs, from beginning to end, and the depth of his knowledge about the DC area was impressive and very helpful.
