We bought a house with Ben Puchalski and have only good things to say. Some wild situations came up on the seller side and Ben guided us through the process expertly. He is easy going and communicates promptly and clearly. We were doing a kitchen renovation and he even connected with us with a contractor that he has worked with before and trusts. Overall we couldn't be happier with the house we ended up buying with Ben.

John was everything you could hope for in a real estate agent. He knew the ins and outs of every location, was there for us whenever we needed him, and was an absolute pro about advising us without ever coming close to pushy. Everyone who wins a house in DC has their own bidding story so I won't tell ours. But I will say with 100% certainty that my family and I are only moving into our home in a couple weeks because John was our realtor.
