I have had the pleasure of working with Nate twice, once when buying and once when selling. We liked him so much when buying that we used him again when selling! When I reached out to Ben and his team, I knew the building I wanted to buy in, I was just waiting for the right unit to come up. Ben and his team were really helpful every step of the way including setting up alerts for new sales in the building, emailing me all the most up to date comps so I knew what was reasonable to pay and they and were always quick to respond so we could see units quickly.
