John Crisafulli is an excellent realtor and helped me find my new home. Randomly got an email from him offering his services when I clicked a link that I was interested in a property. Four offers, dozens of property visits, hours of phone conversations and six weeks later I was moved into my new place all thanks to him. Ben was excellent from start to finish, he helped us find a home fast, for the right price, in the right neighborhood. He showed up when we couldn't (long distance rental) and took video of everything. Highly recommended!

Ben helped me find my first condo in Logan Circle. He walked a first-time home buyer through the whole process with patience. He offered great insight on the neighborhood, purchase offers, and condo and loan documents. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in DC.
