I can say Tricon has been amazing, patient loving and they work for you. I was not sure of a home because of the size and decided to switch. Then after 5 minutes decided to go with the original. They worked with me and gave me my home I originally apply for. They are an amazing team Michele ***and Gina N***** and the IT team are amazing and very understanding. I have rented from Tricon in LV for a few years. Everyone is helpful, maintenance is always near if I need anything.

I am a current resident and totally dissatisfied regarding the maintenance on the home I am renting. When I moved in the property had a lot of different things that needed to be updated. I have made repeat complaints about my heat and fire place and I have been left with a child in a cold house. I cannot get anyone to call me back and fulfill my over 90-day maintenance request for my fireplace and heat.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The home we are renting has plenty of things that need to be fixed. Since we have moved in, 8/9 mos. ago, we have had to deal with many different issues that should have been handled before the home was for rent. Yesterday Tricon had a contractor here to replace the flooring that was not done properly in the first place. No problem. Unfortunately the toilets were never reinstalled. Applied for a home and paid a $250 holding fee - $350 in total - and emailed the agent 4 times with no response, texted 6 times with no response, and waited on hold on the customer service line for more than 2 hours without a response or call back. The house is no longer listed as available and I have had no communication about applying my application fee and holding fee to a different property. Literally the worst customer service experience of my life and feels like a scam.

WARNING to ALL potential residence…I recently leased a property with Tricon American Homes in Hampton, GA exactly two weeks ago. The staff made sure they received all necessary documents and payments prior to my move-in date and once I moved-in it has been dead silence. My husband and I have literally only been in the home not even more then three weeks. For one the home was no cleaned when we moved in even though we were told by Francine Stephans that it was. Two our air conditioner went out for three days and no help to get it resolved. There was a shortage in the breaker box for the air conditioner, my husband almost electrocuted himself doing what the technician instructed. My husband and I applied to rent a home and were approved right away. Then the lease agreement was sent over, that is when things became fishy. We had exactly 48 hours to read through a 23 page lease and ask and have answered all of our questions. I've never read such a harsh sounding lease agreement before that places all responsibility of repairs and fault on the tenant. My husband and I rent a home from Tricon American Homes in Dallas, TX. Our AC unit went out during an 100 degree day in Texas. I called in an emergency maintenance request to fix the unit. I spoke with 4 people within 18hour span and I we were told was the order is being sent out as an emergency dispatch and we should here from someone soon. NO ONE ever called or came by.
