Where do at began...So I have been renting with this company for almost 6 years. There has been a rent increase of at least $50 each year. But the real issue here is the lack of accountability from the company.I received 3 months of COVID rental assistance from the county in which I reside. Worst residential company ever! My experience is similar to the previous complaint, we were given a date of 07/01/2021 as a move in date (My wife who was literally due anyday and my 3 kids). The day before we move in 06/30/2021 we had to call them for them to tell us we couldn't move in until 07/08/2021. Horrible! I have a continuous problem with a Tricon American Homes / Tricon Residential resident. I have to make repeated phone calls to management regarding the lack of maintenance to the yard. Management has gone M.I.A., ignores my calls and emails. Tricon obviously doesn't care whether or not the home they are renting is taken care of. We applied for one of their properties earlier this month that was listed to be available 6/18/21. We get approved a few days later. After receiving the lease, we are notified the property won't be available until 6/23/21. They reported the 18th was a tentative date - I was understanding even though the word "tentative" wasn't anywhere on the website. House is falling apart, was told the company only allows so much money to fix each house. Not let us fix the problem, but you need to prioritize whats the biggest problem, then fix the rest yourself. They openly engage in predatory practices, and I would strongly recommend renting with literally anyone else. Military: BASE IS BETTER! **** WITH THE ****! Trust me!

Do Not Waste your time and money with this company!!! My brother applied and was told he was the first to apply for the home . He paid the $349 to hold the home!!! We moved to ************ from the ***************** and decided to rent while learning the area. We only rented from Tricon for 6 months before we purchased a house.The house we rented from Tricon fit us well and was in a good location but we had a few issues with Tricon.The first was with the garbage can.
