I cannot stress how infurating it is to deal with any maintanance issues. My bathroom Toilet had a leak, I called in and they stated it would take 5 days to handle the leak. I told them that 5 days was not pheasable time frame with dealing with a leak. They call a third party plumber (I am greatful for that) next day. We have had a horrible experience with Tricon. We have only been with them a year and we haven't been able to full enjoy our home because of all the issues with the yard and maintenance. The yard floods all the time and for an entire year we have been sending videos, photos etc with no resolve. Eleven months in they finally send a contractor to "fix" the issue and it looks like a band aide instead. Worst company to rent a home through. They do not do their job and lie about work order maintenances. When I moved in, the ceiling was leaking in a bedroom. I immediately called in a work order. It took them 4 months to fix even with me calling in everytime it rained to make a new request. The AC doesn't work properly. They still haven't fixed it and it's been over 3 months. I’ve left a review for this company a few months ago, so normally I wouldn’t waste my time writing another one but I need others to know how HORRIBLE this company is as a whole. My previous post was about the mold in our home that made my kids sick, the raw sewage that flooded my crawl space that tricon seemed to not care about and the bugs that would crawl out of our drains. Tricon clearly only cares about taking people’s money. Like others have said, there’s NO WAY to get a hold of them. No replies to emails. No call backs on the phone. Truly a poor way to run a business.

I found the perfect home to rent and applied. I was denied in less than 24 hours of my application processing. I was not able to reach a representative over the weekend which is understandable. I called early Monday morning to find out my application was denied due to an active landlord collections. I was completely shocked. I am currently renting a home with Tricon Residential. Communication with them is impossible. My daughter and I have tried to contact them numerous times, but they never return our phone calls and emails. When we first submitted our initial inventory form, they never got back to us.

I will keep this short and to the point. I moved out 2/4 and was told nothing about my security deposit. They did not leave any information on how it would be returned, nor the amount in which it would be returned.
