To give an initial idea of their incompetence, they misspelled my name of the lease in TWO different ways even though I gave them the correct spelling and my name is literally in my email. If I could give zero stars I would! I've lived in my current neighborhood for 13 years and a house three doors down has been a rental for the past few years. Tricon doesn't screen their tenants fully and allows anyone and everyone to move in. We've had numerous issues with the last tenants that moved in. During this pandemic many people’s finances have taken a hard hit and Tricon American homes offers no real relief for residents! I am currently in Atlanta area the staff is very unprofessional rude and take no responsibility for their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! I have had a work order on for Sheetrock l falling off wall for over 3 weeks. Still not resolution. We rent a home managed by Tricon in Mooresville, NC. For the past month, we have been trying to obtain a key FOB to access the community pool. I made my initial request back on 6/29/20. Today is 7/27/20 and we still have not received a pool key. Horrible service! Tried 8times in one day to look at a home. Called and got hung up on. Went back another day. Tried 3 more times to get in. Still no luck. Called and a called no answer. Neighbors all said the realtors are not any good. So over trying. I’ll go through a different company.

I was extremely excited for the rental property we chose to reside in for approximately 2 years. Throughout the time that we lived there, we had no issues or concerns with Tricon American Homes. However, upon moving out, they withheld all of our deposit ($1000) and additionally charged us a fee of $1,131. The itemized bill showed that the total cost of damage to the house (deposit + billed amount) was $2,131.
