I moved into a residence owned by a smaller Property ****************** in March of 2018. Tricon took over the property and purchased it in June of 2018. I must say that this is when things began to go downhill. During this entire time - 3/18 to 8/21- I never missed a rental payment. I had one late payment by one day because of a bank card issue (my error) in the entire time that I rented from this organization. If i could give no stars i would!!!! I have been trying to get my balance cleared since March of this year. Their auto payment system didn't take my payment and caused me to have a late fee which i requested to get removed. i then attempted to pay my rent with the amount i thought i owed but wasn't sure since they did not remove the balance owed in a timely manner which made me have to guess what my new increased rent amount was. Then i was trying to pay my rent again before the 1st of the month and then their Auto pay syste... read more

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. First things first, I moved in on 9/15. We did not know there would be construction on the block so all day we had to argue with getting pass whenever we came or went. We would have to wait up to 15 mins each time to get in and out of the block. There was dirt and dust all over our furniture, cars and moving truck because of this. Although the blame may not be on Tricon, it would have been a nice heads up. The day of move in, we noticed multiple dead bugs. This w... read more

Been renting with trick for years. I wouldnt rent with anyone else but these guys. Always addressed my issues in a decent amount of time. Nice houses and nice neighborhoods

The leasing process was NOT smooth. They want our deposit, forms, and paperwork urgently but do everything on their time. I had to reach out numerous times to see if we were approved. I received zero reply from any of my phone calls. Everything had to be done via emails and even then, the only person to respond to me was ***********************. Anyone else I received an email from never replied to me. I explained how we were moving across the Country and had to secure the place by a certain date. The website stated the rent... read more
