we have had a mold issue in this house for some time now. my son is allergic to mold. we even had it on the walls. I asked for a maintenance repair to test for mold and see just how big this problem is. they said I called in for windows!!!! I cannot wait until our lease is up. ever since they took over for Silver Bay they have been awful awful awful. this company should be ashamed.

HORRIBLE!!! I have been having maintenance issues basically since move in last March. Maintenance took a long time to get with me for an appointment, when they FINALLY did show up after 1 no call no show, 3 hours late, the worker had no supplies but a razor knife and TRIED TO PRY MY SHOWER FROM THE WALL KNOWING HE HAD NOTHING TO FOX IT WITH. When they came back to do the work, 3 hours late again, rather than replacing drywall in the basement where i had a leak they just taped and puttied over where there was water damage and... read more

No way to contact. Always promise yo resolve problem. Code violations looks like an abandoned house. Ower grown weeds etc. Making neighborhood look bad a d nri gi g values down.

i have been in this house three years 2 Those years I was Excited to be in it. i got a letter in the mail stating that I need to be out of this house in hundred and 20 days. They gave me no reason why I need to get out of this house.The AC has broken several times. They're ARE not trying to let me renew my lease. He was professional, showed up within the promised time frame, and completed the job within 30 minutes. I'm so impressed. I'd definitely recommend Ernie/Tricon to anyone looking for steller service. Every interaction with this company has been negative. I set up automatic rent payment in January, and every month for 5 months the wrong amount was drafted from my account. Time spent on hold for each time I attempted to correct the problem was an average of 20 minutes. The first time I tried to schedule a move out walk through was December 12. I left message after message and no one called me back. I was frustrated and angry, waiting on hold 25-30 minutes each time I called, only to be told again and again that I would hav... read more

People often only like to leave reviews when they are upset. If someone is pleased a lot of the time they don't think to go rant about how amazing a company is. I am here to do that. I have rented my home with Tricon for not even a full year, but almost. Last month my fiance passed away. One of my worries was of course how in the world am I going to afford my rent payment by myself? I contacted Tricon and told them what was going on and asked if I could be let out of my lease. Tricon bought the house we are renting from another company. The house has a smart lock. During the transition the entry code was wiped. I found out by being locked out of my property while out on a run. So coming home in shorts with no key an no phone, I could not get into my house. I called the emergency number from a neighbors house and got bounced around for over two hours. Very POOR attempt to help. Eventually, I got someone who said they would issue an emergency work order, but I could expect a charge. Needless to say ... read more

RIP off the consumer making false promises and collecting more and more money . Dont do business with this company no matter how desperate you are to rent a home.
