I put in an application 2 rent a property thru this company. Tricon has been amazing to rent from. We began renting in Feb 2020 just as Covid 19 showed its ugly face. They have been patient and kind thru the whole pandemic. If we contact them. I moved to ******* in 2019 straight into a home from Tricon, then I went on vacation immediately after. While I was overseas I received a disturbing phone call stating that there was a drainage issue. If you take a bath the face basin would overflow, if you flush the toilet the shower would not drain properly etc. Let the problems begin!! been resident for one almost a year sign up for auto pay on the 1st of every month. This has happened twice in 10 months if there is a billing error between the 1st of the month and 5th of the month that is corrected, and is not in your favor, you will not be able to to receive a refund of the online payments service fee, and will be charged the additional **** fee in order to avoid a late fee. I try to be as considerate as possible being that I used to work for property management but this is the worst experience with any property management I have ever had. I would not recommend renting through Tricon Residential ever. After applying, I had high hopes. Minutes later I receive an email stating our application was approved pending a few details. I have been a resident of for over 3 years. I just want to say that this is the absolute best property management company my family and I have experienced. Every single maintenance request is handled promptly. ***** was great and even came on a Saturday to complete a repair, in addition to being very friendly and professional. I would not want to rent from any other company. My lease renewal process and any concerns I have are addressed in a timely fashion. Tricon is the way to go.

I have rented with Tricon for years, since they took over from the previous company. Ive been in the same home for over 6 years and have the most frustrating time dealing with this company. The maintenance request portal is horrible for following up on requests; the information either isnt correct or completely missing and there are never any notes. Calling isnt any better because their staff has no idea what theyre looking at either. On top of that, they use the cheapest labor they can find that do half a** jobs and dont cl... read more

Our move-in was set an entire month in advance, but we werent told until less than 48 hours beforehand that the house wasnt ready. Now less than 24 hours before our second promised move-in, again were told that the house isnt ready. Weve been timely with everything Tricon required from us- deposit, rent, insurance and utilities. Tricon has responded by treating us like a nuisance.

We are attempting to move out of a Tricon rental on 1/5, and there has been a whole list of issues since the day we moved in 5/1/20. We were not sent info about move out until Thursday 12/23 afternoon (before a federal holiday) at which point the person in charge of our lease left the office and is out until 1/5 so we have went through h*** trying to get any answers to our questions.
