It very literally took me only three hours from walking in the door, test driving my car, signing the papers and driving away. Everything was incredibly wonderful. I love my car.

Just bought a cx 5 from them and they were awesome. I was trading in a car that I just bought from grossinger Toyota in lincolnwood. Grossinger jerked me around so bad that I had to trade in the car because driving it made me sick. I told the guys at autobarn about this and they said don't worry we will treat you right. Not sure if they are incompetent or deliberately wasting my time. My airbags were recalled many months ago. In January I called and spoke to parts department who were able to look up my car and that my airbags indeed were recalled and that I qualify for free replacement. They said they would order the airbag replacements which would take a few weeks to get in. I got called when they were in, and I set an appointment in late February. Best service ever! Better than I ever expected. I not only got my car from here, but I service it here as well and I have to say, the excellence continued. Very professional, courteous, welcoming, and some of the guys are downright hilarious.
