I have been taking my Mazda 3 (2014 and now 2018) to Autobarn Mazda of Evanston since 2014, and have always gotten excellent service in the service department. Aidan McCarthy most recently had the interior and exterior sealant put on and it was done beautifully in excellent time.
I found the experience of shopping for test-driving and purchasing my vehicle from the Autobarn Mazda and the sales consultant Corey to be a very professional and courteous experience I would highly recommend them to any friends that I have if you're in search for a new or used vehicle.

Currently 1 week into the worst service experience ever - picked up my car after safety recalls and service items, it broke down within an hour and died on the highway. Had to get it towed in the middle of the night, and Mazda is 100% unresponsive to having sent me out with an unsafe vehicle (that was running fine before they had it for 19 days in the shop), and they won't retrieve it from the tow company bc they don't have enough 'petty cash' - apparently the place that sells Alpha Romeos has never heard of an ATM or a corp... read more
