I had a good experience when I brought my car in for service. My service advisor, Reena Parmar, was friendly and knowledgeable, and made what is normally a routine chore as pleasant as possible. I will recommend having car service done at Evanston Mazda.

I've been coming to the Autobarn for a few years now, and working exclusively working with Juan Vargas in the service department. I can not say enough good things about Juan. He's flexible with my schedule, but more importantly, he helps me plan my car maintenance and budget cost to keep my car moving in excellent condition.
BUYERS BEWARE! My daughter bought her first car here last year. Since then, we have been trying to resolve issues with the purchase. Contacted Finance Manager (Chris Norton) multiple times and also spoke to and emailed General Manager (Mike Allegretti) with no success. Need to file arbitration to resolve. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
