Long wait time in the lobby to be attended plus hail damage on used cars from late April 2020 was not fixed on the car I bought: both the body of the car and windshield. I did get an IOU from the dealership for a windshield replacement but had to wait 5 weeks to get it back. Sales rep did not wear a mask for entire time we met, even tho this was in late April/early May during the COVID-19 pandemic. The service department is very efficient, they are professional and courtious. My service technician was Harry K. he is a very good mechanic, He always fixes my car perfectly and in a timely fashion. I trust him with my car.
The service technicians are first-rate, they find relevant problems and order the correct parts and the car is cleaned up after servicing.
I had great experience purchasing a used car here. Patrick & Moe helped me address every issue. The only thing is that I had to wait for three weeks before finally getting the car due to covid-19, which is totally understandable.
A few months ago, I had corrosion on one of my tire valves and got it replaced here. After a few days, I noticed that the tire was still slowly leaking. I called and explained the issue and made an appointment. After over an hour of waiting, they said that the part was faulty. To fix it took them over another hour, for a total visit time of around 2.5 hours for something that was done incorrectly in the first place. Even if you have an appointment, make sure you have adequate time to wait for service here.

Barry in service is the best! He was incredibly helpful trying to diagnose an issue with my Miata and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I completely trust him with my car!
Hands down the easiest experience getting into a new lease. Kamal Suleiman helped me out a ton, he was super professional, he listened to my needs and wants and never persuaded me in any direction. Easily one of the best dealers I have been to in a while.
