Do not bring your car here for service. They have had my car for almost a month, every time I call I get a different story, and when I ask to speak with the manager, I’m told he’s not in, or the receptionist hangs up on me. What’s up @MazdaOfEvanston ?? So beyond frustrated right now. Update: it’s been 6 weeks and both the service manager, Conner, and Jay the service associate, just don’t return my calls now. I have owned a Mazda for 15 years and found it to be an excellent car, reliable and fun to drive. We considered other cars but are so happy with Mazda that we were prejudiced in this direction. Chris Reis was our salesman, and he was knowledgeable, well organized, low key, responsive and helpful in every way, which, we have learned, is not what you find with many car salesmen.
Our sales rep, Chris, was very knowledgeable. We were treated fairly and with respect.
Simon is a great service rep and helps resolves issues with my car. He will let you know if some things can wait to be repaired and what needs immediate attention. Rich is my favorite mechanic. Rich will check my car thoroughly and let me know if there is something needs attention.
Have had a great experience on 2 occasions in purchasing a CX5. Most recently worked with Lewis Belcher, Mr. Alegretti and Claudio in Finance All were helpful, knowledgeable and put us at ease. Have had good experience with the service department as well for over 3 years.
I have had a mazda for a couple of years and as a result have had to go to the service department a few times...for warranty service for the most part, but other little things as well. Simon Kim has been my go to person, in fact when I schedule I make sure he's there, because I know I will get everything taken care of with minimal hassle and personalized, warm attention. Can't always say that about other car service departments
I’m leaving here right now after Jon tried to deliver a CX5 after I was in this week doing a deal on a CX9. He’s like yeh I was wondering why you wanted to change. He then tried to have me pay the full amount for a car massively not what I had discussed and nowhere near the same numbers.
