Had a great experience buying my Mazda from Autobarn Mazda Evanston. I drove 5 hours and when I got there Kamal Suleiman was ready with everything to get me on my way. From test driving the car, taking care of paperwork, and answering my questions, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
When I gave Evanston Mazda a $500 deposit on a new car it showed up on my credit card the same day, but now, it has been two weeks since I picked up the car and I still do not have my deposit back! I've spoken to five different people - including the general manager - and in different ways they all said "the check is in the mail"! BAD SERVICE! 8-22 - Another day and still no deposit refund. Aaargh!
Had a great experience! Got the vehicle I wanted for a reasonable price. The employee Chris was very knowledgeable, and the manager Jon was cordial and helpful to work the deal out i wanted. Highly recommend this dealership.
