I wanted to write about my positive experiences at The Autobarn. Juan Vargas is amazing. I can honestly say that each time I drop off my keys for service, I don't worry about my car. He's professional, honest, funny, and makes the entire process stress free and enjoyable. He goes above and beyond my expectations and does it with an incredible amount of class. I won't go to any other place for service.

I have been bringing 2004 Mazda 6S my car to the Autobarn Mazda for service for many years. Since she has started working there Bianca James has always been very helpful. Also, love the new location!
Juan Vargas could not have been any more helpful. He kept me updated (via text) what work was going to be performed on my car. I didn't have time to set an appointment but when I showed up he was more than willing to service my vehicle. I really appreciated his HONESTY, which is hard to find nowadays. The experience at the new Mazda facility was great as well. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.
I recently had my Mazda 3 serviced at The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston, including new front brakes. A totally great experience. Mainly because of Bianca James, my advisor. Treated with respect, and fairly. Was kept informed of the time to repair, and cost. Not only was the job done in a timely manor, but Bianca was pleasant during the entire visit.
