BUYERS BEWARE! My daughter bought her first car here last year. Since then, we have been trying to resolve issues with the purchase. Contacted Finance Manager (Chris Norton) multiple times and also spoke to and emailed General Manager (Mike Allegretti) with no success. Need to file arbitration to resolve. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

He keeps me informed and always checks in with me before performing any service or repairs not previously discussed. His approach is one of respect and honesty, and I trust his recommendations.

Totally great experience and love the new facility. My service advisor, Juan Vargas, is the best. He's worked with me the last few times I've been in and always feel well taken care of and respected. My car is out of warranty and I could take it anywhere to be serviced but the folks at the Autobarn know my car and me, and that gives me a certain peace of mind about what's being done or what's recommended.
We brought our car in for service and had a wonderful experience. Juan Vargas took the time to explain what was needed, ask for any concerns we had, and kept us informed of the progress the whole time. We feel like we are in very good hands here.
I received awesome service from them. Reena Parmar was of great help explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. She's very professional and knows what she's taking about. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
I came in for my oil change appointment and was immediately welcomed with Reena's warm greetings on a cold morning. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the service my car needed. She maintained in constant communication and relayed the recommendations from the technician. Thank you Reena for making this a pleasant visit.
