Excellent service staff specially Juan Vargas who explained to me clearly what is going on with my car, what they are going to test and fixed and what goes in my warranty and what doesn't. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Thanks to my salesman Chris Norton. Bought car for my entire family here. Keep up the good work guys!
Juan Vargas worked with me on getting my 1994 Miata ready for winter on 11/29/2014. All went well. I really like that he was able to text me with updates on service and letting me know when the job was completed. Also applied all the coupons possible. I like good service and saving money. As always Autobarn and Juan were professional and friendly.
Juan was great in the service department! This was my first time at this location and it was very enjoyable.
Bought a used 2010 Mazda3 Hatch during winter. Bad idea, should have had it looked at by a private garage first. Shotty tires that all need to be replaced upon purchase (couldn't tell due to snow and bad roads and just our own incompetence). After sale, we tried to get our spare key. They didn't have one. Ugh. Later salesmen says he DOES have it and says he will mail it. HE NEVER MAILED IT. There goes another couple hundred dollars into a new key. Buyers Beware.
