This place is one of the best dealerships in Chicago. Corey Jackson was referred to me after I found out the cost to repair my car exceeded the value. I was not planning on a new car but I need one for work. He went fast beyond what I have ever seen from a sales consultant. Literally calling me with decisions I could make and trying to fit in the requirements I had. I have never been more impressed by someone or a company as a whole than I've been with this experience. Five stars all the way!
They said that the car was covered under a warranty and now saying all these things happen to not be covered in it, saying the car is certified but fail to help us when the speakers are busted due to the previous owner, then say they will help us and fall through on their word...
Went to Mazda service center in Evanston for some minor issues with my car and as usual Juan Vargas, the one who attended to me was very nice and very patiently explained to me in layman's term what they're gonna do with it, how much is the probable cost (no surprise there) & even went beyond to check my warranty & any recalls. Calls me for follow ups and provided a loaner. I can say there's no better service I received with Mazda. Very happy ���� with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
