Really nice experience purchasing my first car from The Autobarn Mazda. Special shout out to Corey Jackson, who made the process simple, transparent and efficient. He corresponded with me via email given my busy work schedule, and upon arrival to the dealership my vehicle and numbers were ready for me. Price was fair. Wasn't bulldozed into a sale I was unhappy with. A very smooth and fun process. And I love my new Mazda CX-5. Would 10/10 recommend The Autobarn Mazda
They really offer very good service, both with the car and taking care of the customers. I have never had a problem with any repairs, and feel confident that their technicians only work on Mazdas. The guys up front are very helpful, courteous, efficient and go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met.
This Is our second lease with Autobarn and with Chris Reis. 100% recommend this sales professional! He was diligent and reactive to all of our questions. Walked us through everything from start to finish! Great experience!

I was impressed by the facility and the measures took to keep everyone safe. Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer offered up front to all to kudos to Autobarn. I made a test drive appt request via the official website and Kam got back to me immediately. I was test driving the car an hour later. Overall, a very pleasant experience but I had a few other appts that day and left. I later reached out to Kam and let him know that I was interested in purchasing the car and would be in shortly. I've been a longtime customer of Autobarn Mazda, and I've always found the service of my car to be exceptional. My last visit was a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, and I received excellent service from the advisor on duty that day, Tomy, who went above and beyond to accommodate me while in a crunch, so I could get my car taken care of. Nice facility, personable and knowledgeable staff, seem to have good COVID policies in place (test drive by yourself, hand sanitizer everywhere, staff wearing masks), I worked with Kam and Lewis and would recommend them!

Well - got lots of different prices, poor follow-up, lack of information, car delivered without navigation working, and front license plate not attached. Other little things. Great go, shop at a different dealer.
