As a dog owner, I am seeking only the best treatment for my pup. At The Ark Animal Hospital, they treat your dog like family. They are thorough, educated and most importantly caring. I would recommend The Ark Animal Hospital to anyone in need of a professional veterinary clinic or emergency hospital.
I had the worst customer service, I called 4 days prior and set an appointment, I asked every question avail, I got appointment time, drop off and complete price of what I needed done for my dog, I get there the price completely changed to almost doubled after driving 4 hours to have the services done to my puppy, they bring a manager to talk to us and I swear she was the rudest person I've ever talked too!! The Ark Animal Hospital, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Sobo and the entire staff is excellent! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my fur-baby, Ellsworth (Siberian cat). Every experience I've had since I've been going to The Ark has really been wonderful. They're caring and I never feel like I'm a nuisance with all of my questions. Eventho I've moved farther away from them (15 mins rather than 5 mins), I'm definitely not leaving them. They take such good care of us! Thank you The Ark Team!!! <3
They have been amazing to my sweet baby smokey and extremely patient in allowing me to come and visit what feels like every 4hrs. I was nervous about him being comfortable being that he is not feeling well and I walked in on a bright eyed, busy tail purring cat! He received so much love! He and I both truly appreciate the staff at Ark animal hospital.
