One thing you can tell immediately upon entering Ark is that they care about you and your pets. I’ve been coming here for five years now and they have been through thick and thin with me and my four cats. Not only are they always straight forward and professional, but they try to stick with only the necessary tests so that both your kitty and your wallet aren’t put through the ringer. Today I took my pup, Neville, in to be rechecked for an injury he had last weekend! By mistake we were charges with a full check up rather than a recheck. We didn't even notice and less than an hour later KC called us and let us know about the mistake along with a credit on our account to be used at any time! We love Ark and most importantly our pups love Ark!
The Ark Animal Hospital is an very friendly animal hospital. My husband and I recently took our “fur” baby back in to see the veterinarian there and had a pleasant experience. The staff there is absolutely awesome and I recommend anyone with a “fur” baby to visit.
Since moving to Atlanta, my fiancé and I have taken our dog, Reese, to a few different Vets and nothing compares to The Ark. Starting with the wonderful staff at the front desk, they make the process as easy for us and our dog as possible. We recently got a new dog and having The Ark as a resource has made the process of getting a new puppy so much easier.
Cam and KT took great care of us when we needed an unexpected trip for our Weim. Dr. Johnson is also fabulous. We see the docs here for our preventative care too. We moved to Marietta and still make the trip to Midtown. They can’t be beat!
They are very patient with nervous dogs (and nervous dog moms)
