I have visited this vet several times because their location is so convenient or because all other vets were booked up and I needed to have my cat seen urgently; which is the only positive thing I can say about them. However, I have been nothing but disappointed over and over again with this place. They over charge and always try to tack on extra services that you don't need. RecommendedOne of our guinea pigs developed a respiratory infection, and our regular exotic pet veterinary practice could not see her this week. I contacted The Ark and they said I could bring her in as an urgent care walk-in. This sort of thing is stressful during normal times, but even more so during this pandemic with the additional safety precautions. They have been and continue to be simply wonderful! They usually come under the estimate. which really helps!! They love love love my Babies! They are efficient and respectful of my time. I really can't say enough good about them. I wish they wore name tags, just so I would know their names.

This is an absolutely crack crew of true animal lovers who employ their amazing skills to heal—and they not only pull off miracles— they love these animals and it shows. Dr. Harris and her amazing team went the distance with my beloved Teddy, and I will not forget. Folks, the best vets and daily caretakers (the Bark rocks!!) have been loving partners in caring for my dog on a daily basis. People, you should travel to be lucky enough to find this level of care.
I recently moved to Atlanta and was referred to Ark Animal Hospital. We did a full dental for my Frenchie Mya and I was super nervous. The staff at Ark Animal Hospital were so helpful, reassuring and thorough. They made me feel very at ease and called me during her procedure to ensure I was ok with any additional work that needed to be done. Thanks for the great service!
