I just had my dog get checked out and tested last week after he was vomiting and had some blood in his stool. The bill ended up being a little over $400 (which I thought was very high). After sending the bill to my old vet in the Athens area I found that the tests and visit would’ve only cost $128!! Not to mention they tried MULTIPLE times to “pitch me” that I might want to get an X-ray for an additional $200+!!! (Which was COMPLETELY unnecessary as he’s perfectly fine now..) My teacup yorkie, Diva has been going to Ark Animal Hospital since I got her at 11 weeks old. She is now 4 years old. From day one I fell in love with his place. Dr Johnson is awesome. She truly cares for the animals and has a passion for her job. I have ALWAYS had great technicians when we go, and everyone is always so nice. I am always recommending people take their pets to Ark Animal Hospital. Thank you all for everything.
I could not have asked for better service!!!!!!!!!!! I drove all the way from Henry County, GA to find a vet to see my turtle Quarter Back. The entire staff was nice and the facility was very clean. ����
I brought my hamster, Oreo, in after he experienced a seizure. Out of all the places I called, The Ark was the most friendly and truly seemed to care about my hamster. They scheduled us for a next day appointment, and the front desk lady, technician, and doctor were all very accommodating. They listened to my concerns and explained the after care instructions clearly and patiently. I love The Ark Animal Hospital. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and my son Dreamer. I actually found Dreamer in a trash can and called around for a doctor and The Ark Animal Hospital took him immediately for care. Cam is an assistant there and she is amazing and always sets my heart at ease. The front desk receptionist Nicole always has a smile. Always a great experience with my cats when visiting The Ark and Dr. Johnson, and her staff. They are all warm, caring, funny, completely professional, and competent. I've been taking my 3 cats to The Ark for over 10 years, and they have handled all kinds of issues. Dr. Johnson kick-started my grey tabby Nat's liver, after which he lived another 6 years. And recently, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Natalie Duncan cured my orange tabby "Miles" of a nasty, long-term sinus infection. Can't say enough about these folks!
Thank you to everyone at The Ark for the TLC you gave my porch cat, Roger. His mouth really needed attention and a group that treats feral/semi-feral cats (with the medical treatment and respect they so deserve) gets 5 stars in my book!
