Excellent customer service!!! First of all, I was not there to get a pet treated. I was just looking for a graduation gift for a young lady that is going to college to become a veterinarian. The receptionist and staff were extremely helpful and patient as they helped me to select a beautiful gift from their retail area. The young lady was very, very happy with her gift. The staff also educated me on the issues of animals suffering with heartworms. Excellent service !!!
My home vet did't have openings, but I was worried about my pup and my friend recommended the Ark. When I called, they said I could bring him in as soon as needed! They were great with my dog and very accommodating. We hardly had to wait. The vet tech was nice and helpful and Dr. Sobolewski seemed very honest and knowledgeable. I feel as though any animal that goes to him is in good hands! Definitely a relief for any pet lover. A great experience!

Best vet visit ever! So happy to find a caring and knowledgeable animal hospital, right in our own neighborhood. From office manager KT on the phone initially, consult with tech/nurse Shannon, to Dr. Rhonda Johnson to Thomas at the front desk (and vet tech manager whose name I cannot recall, but who was extremely nice and helpful) - this is an amazing team! The best most caring place to take your pet for emergencies or well care.
I am always concerned about who I let care for my pets; but from the moment I went into The Ark Animal Hospital, I felt beyond sure that I had selected the best possible veterinary care for them. The staff is well mannered, educated and super friendly...even when dealing with crazy animals like mine :) I am so glad that I was referred to them, and so are my pets! Thank you all and keep up the great work
The relief of knowing my cat is being well taken care of! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable! I felt safe leaving her here; Ashley and Andres were the best!
